1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and utilizing the recruitment, staffing, or career coaching services provided by Novus Talent Solution, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Candidate Obligations
When submitting your resume/CV or registering for our talent network, you warrant that:
- All information provided is accurate, current, and truthful.
- You have the legal right to work in the jurisdictions for which you apply, or you accurately disclose your need for visa sponsorship.
- You will maintain the confidentiality of any non-public interviews or job offers facilitated by Novus Talent Solution.
3. Employer Obligations
Employers engaging Novus Talent Solution for Executive Search, Permanent Staffing, or RPO Solutions are bound by separate, tailored Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding fee structures, payment terms, and candidate replacement guarantees. However, all clients agree to treat candidates presented by Novus fairly, confidentially, and in accordance with equal opportunity employment laws.
4. Limitations of Liability
Novus Talent Solution acts as an intermediary. While we meticulously vet candidates and opportunities, we do not guarantee employment, nor do we guarantee the performance or tenure of any candidate hired. Novus Talent Solution shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of recruitment outcomes.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
